Legal English

I started teaching Legal English as a law professor at university and continued teaching legal professionals. I define myself as a legal culture broker who supports legal professionals to use Legal English accurately through understanding the differences between the Anglo-Saxon and Continental legal systems and cultures.

Legal English is a technical language with highly specific terminology, complex syntax, and morphology. In my work, I not only explain the legal terms and concepts but also teach lexical patterns, grammatical frameworks, and legal discourse (spoken and written).

I support legal professionals to upgrade and up-level their careers, enhance their job opportunities, and motivate them to connect with other legal professionals from all around the world and become effective communicators in today’s multicultural legal environment who are most needed.
